IMAC Chromstar® Affinity Chromatography Resins

IMAC Chromstar® FF/HP are two uncharged affinity chromatography media that can couple specific metal ions. This chromatography medium can be used for the purification of his-tagged proteins when Ni2+ is not the optimal choice of metal ion, as well as for the purification of native and untagged recombinant proteins.
