FiltraLinX® Benchtop Manual Cassette TFF System

FiltraLinX® benchtop manual cassette TFF system adopts a modular design and can be equipped with cassettes of different specifications, to meet filtration area requirements of 0.1-2.5 m2.

This system is designed to be compact and practical, with a small circulation volume, making it suitable for high-concentration applications.

According to the process, a low-shear four-element diaphragm pump is selected as the circulating pump, equipped with a touch-control speed panel. The system allows for adjusting flow rate on the panel to control the tangential flow, and adjusting the pressure at the retentate and permeate ends to achieve the TMP point optimization, thus realizing concentration, diafiltra-tion, desalting, dealcoholization and other operations of bioproducts such as antibodies, vaccines, blood products and gene therapy drugs.

With the characteristics of cost-effectiveness and compliance with relevant regulations, the system is an ideal choice for labo-ratory research, lab-scale and pilot-scale production and GMP production stages of some varieties.

Features of FiltraLinX® Benchtop Manual Cassette TFF System

  • Cassette filtration system with consistency and linearity, ensuring seamless process scale-up or scale-down;

  • Available in various specifications: 0.1-2.5 m2 cassettes;

  • Equipped with manual valves, circulating pumps, pressure gauges and other components to achieve manual adjustment of retentate and permeate ends pressure;

  • Flexible connections, compatible with single-use storage and mixing bags used for the collection of product concentrations;

  • Capable of using hollow fiber filters;

  • Can be equipped with peristaltic pumps for feeding;

  • Can be equipped with filtration tank used for product concentration, diafiltration and temporary storage of harvests and clarifications;

  • Allowing for a water flux test, and a membrane integrity testing port is reserved;

  • 304 stainless steel for frame, and 316L stainless steel for the part in contact with product;

  • Outer surface polished Ra ≤ 1.2 μm, product contact parts polished Ra ≤ 0.4 μm;

  • The parts in direct contact with the feed liquid are made of sanitary-grade materials, such as 316L stainless steel, EPDM/

  • PTFE/TPE, etc. Material certifications are available;

  • System pipeline withstands pressure up to 6 bar;

  • Optional pressure gauges with qualified measurement and suitable ranges;

  • The system is equipped with holders and complete accessories, which can be used directly upon arrival.
