Features of BioHub® Sealer

  • Wide applicable range

Applicable to tubing sizes from OD1/4″ to OD1″, covering common-used tubing diameters in the biopharmaceutical industry


  • High compatibility

Suitable for 2 major TPE tubings on the market: C-Flex® 374 and AdvantaFlex TM, The sealing process for tubing from other brands is customizable.


  • Comfortable operation

The tubing can be operated at a length as short as 17 cm, facilitating the operation.


  • Fast and efficient

The sealing process can be completed within 3–4.5 min based on the tubing size and TPE material. Two cooling modes are available: high-speed and medium-speed.


  • Lightweight and portable

Lightweight design, with the entire machine weighing only 4kg.


  • Flexible

The device can be hung vertically or placed horizontally according to the actual use conditions; the screen can rotate and the display is excellent in either position.

Sterile disconnection can be easily achieved with one device, no accessory needed when switching between different tubing diameters.

Operators are guided in tubing to be sealed and a step-by-step process displayed on the screen, and can easily track and monitor every step of the sealing process.

5-inch touch screen, displaying sealing process in real-time.


  • Remarkable sealing effect

Sealing can be achieved for empty tubings, tubings with liquid, and tubings with liquid under pressurized conditions; the seal width is up to 20 mm, with a clear cutting guide line to ensure accurate disconnection.

Five-level permissions are available, with more detailed audit trail and function classification.


  • Highly stable

The device has built-in aging test program; each unit undergoes a 48-hour continuous sealing test before leaving the factory to ensure stable operation.
